Khor Virap is a mountain located at an altitude of about 1900 meters above sea level in the Ararat valley of Armenia. Khor Virap offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and valleys, as well as the Khor Virap Monastery, which is located on its peak.
Noravank is a medieval monastery complex located on top of a high cliff in Armenia. Noravank is famous for its architecture, which is an example of Armenian stone construction of X- XIV centuries. Inside the complex there are several churches and chapels, including the famous Surb Astvatsatsin (Church of St. John the Baptist)
